BSN, RN, Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Eva is the founder and owner of Beso Medical Aesthetics. She holds a BSN from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her experience in nursing started over 25 years ago in the cardio-thoracic ICU, the operating room captured her heart, eventually leading her to the pediatric post-anesthesia care unit.

Driven by a profound passion for health and wellness, Eva seamlessly integrated fitness into her nursing practice, ultimately venturing into the realm of aesthetic nursing 8 years ago. She sees facial medical aesthetics as fitness for your skin. You could think of her injectable boutique as a gym for your face, which comes with your very own aesthetic personal trainer.
To keep safety a priority and deliver the most innovative injectable and skin treatments to her clients, she regularly participates in continuing education and medical aesthetic training all over the country. With a dedicated focus on empowering and boosting her clients' confidence, Eva strives to continue to redefine the aesthetic industry's narrative.

Through a combination of education, thoughtful guidance, and a commitment to minimalist treatments with timeless, natural results, Eva ensures her clients feel safe, at ease and informed about the procedures they undergo to meet their aesthetic goals. Her passion extends beyond aesthetics; she aims to dismantle negative perceptions associated with the industry, emphasizing that self-care results in overall health, happiness and confidence.

Outside the world of nursing, Eva cherishes moments with her four children, family, and friends. When not at Beso, you'll likely find her at a fitness center, sharing her love of yoga and strength training through instructing group exercise. Eva's interests extend to travel, live music, sports, and a particular fondness for tapas and seafood. Any chance to be on a boat or by the water, and she's all in – embracing life with a spirit of adventure and a commitment to well-rounded self-care.

Following two decades of service at the Davis Duehr Eye Associates, along with teaching and research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. Dr. Lemke founded Lemke Facial Surgery in 2001. Dr. Lemke is a nationally recognized oculofacial plastic surgeon.
Dr. Lemke is annually elected into the Best Doctors in America. He is a past president of his national medical society. Dr. Lemke has authored a book and has authored over 100 publications in medical literature. Many of Dr. Lemke’s past students are successful surgeons that work around the world. Dr. Lemke continues to perform innovative surgical techniques and procedures based off of continuous anatomic research.
