BSN, RN, AESTHETIC NURSE SPECIALIST
Eva is the founder and owner of BESO Medical Aesthetics. She holds a BSN from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her experience in nursing started 30 years ago in the cardio-thoracic ICU. The operating room captured her heart, eventually leading her to the pediatric post-anesthesia care unit.

Driven by a profound passion for health and wellness, Eva seamlessly integrated fitness into her nursing practice, ultimately venturing into the realm of aesthetic nursing in 2017. She sees medical aesthetics as health & wellness for your skin. You could think of her skin and injectable boutique as a private gym for your skin which comes with your very own personal medical aesthetic nurse specialist.

To keep safety at the forefront and provide the most innovative injectable and skin treatments, she continually participates in ongoing education and medical aesthetic trainings across the country. With a commitment to enhancing your natural beauty and supporting each patient's goals, Eva aims for every visit to leave you feeling even more yourself and beautifully assured.

Through a combination of education, thoughtful guidance, and a commitment to curating beautiful, timeless, results, Eva ensures her patients feel safe, at ease and informed about the procedures they undergo to meet their aesthetic goals. Her passion extends beyond aesthetics; she aims to dismantle negative perceptions associated with the industry, emphasizing that self-care results in overall health, happiness and confidence.

Outside the world of nursing, Eva cherishes moments with her four children, family, and friends. When not at BESO, you'll likely find her at a fitness center, sharing her love of yoga and strength training through instructing group exercise. Eva's love language is traveling and her interests extend to live music, sports, and a particular fondness for tapas and seafood. Any chance to be on a boat or by the water, and she's all in – embracing life with a spirit of adventure and a commitment to well-rounded self-care.

BRIANNA RODRIGUEZ
RN, LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Bri is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Esthetician with nearly twenty years of experience in the Esthetics industry. Her work is grounded in a blend of clinical expertise, intuitive touch, and a deeply client-centered approach.
With a philosophy that honors both the science of skin and the healing power of intentional care, Bri integrates advanced medical-grade treatments with therapeutic modalities such as lymphatic drainage, sculpting facial massage, and nervous-system-calming techniques. Her treatments are designed to enhance skin health, and to restore balance, ease, and confidence from within.
Bri is the owner of NU Aesthetics, and is currently offering her facial services at BESO Medical Aesthetics. She is dedicated to helping every person who walks through her door feel rejuvenated.​

DR. BRADLEY LEMKE
OCULOFACIAL PLASTIC SURGEON
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Following two decades of service at the Davis Duehr Eye Associates, along with teaching and research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. Dr. Lemke founded Lemke Facial Surgery in 2001. Dr. Lemke is a nationally recognized oculofacial plastic surgeon.
Dr. Lemke is annually elected to the Best Doctors in America. He is a past president of his national medical society. Dr. Lemke has authored a book and has authored over 100 publications in medical literature. Many of Dr. Lemke’s past students are successful surgeons who work around the world.
Today, I support aesthetic providers as a collaborating medical director through the Bradley Lemke MD Aesthetic Network. I help practitioners and med spas grow with integrity and confidence. I continue research as a DOVS Emeritus Clinical Professor in the anatomic understanding of safe facial aesthetics.

Beyond the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, and find joy in gardening, e-biking, physical fitness, reading, and the occasional video game.
