To ensure that BESO continues to offer the highest quality of care, please note that all service sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. This policy allows us to focus on maintaining the level of excellence you deserve, as each service requires dedicated time, resources, and personalized attention. We are always here to address any questions or concerns, as well as to make your experience with us as satisfying and rewarding as possible. Thank you for your understanding, trust and support.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This notice allows us to provide the highest quality service to all clients, including accommodating those on our waiting list. If you cannot keep your appointment and do not cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more ahead, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

After less than a 48 hour cancellation x 2, prepayment will be required in full when booking future appointments.

A no show will result in a charge of the full payment of the scheduled treatment/appointment. Prepayment will be required to book future appointments.
